Jeff’s Vision

Jeff came to Waterloo eleven years ago to attend one of its renowned universities, and has chosen this community as the place where he wants to live and raise a family. Jeff knows that this is a wonderful city to live in today, and that it can continue to grow into an even more sustainable, inclusive, and vibrant city for tomorrow.

Jeff is committed to building a Waterloo where:

• everyone can choose to drive, walk, bike, or take public transportation to get where they want to go
• neighbourhoods have parks, trails, and vibrant public spaces
• businesses thrive not just in commercial lands, but also in the same buildings where people live, in neighbourhoods like Uptown and Northdale
• more university students stay to work and start families, and seniors have the services and support to live where they want
• people of all ages live in safe communities where they know their neighbours
